Your happiness with the service and products that you receive is our top priority.
Should you have any problems with items purchased from our Online shop, please contact us by telephone on 01902 764123 or email info@creativenteriorswolverhampton.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund less the cost of delivery.
If items are received damaged in any way, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. NB: We may require photographic proof of any broken or damaged items. We do not accept refunds on made to measure curtain and blind orders. If you have any concerns regarding bespoke orders, please contact us on 01902 764123.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
Please note: We will refund or exchange the goods less the dispatch cost. We will not accept goods back on made to measure curtains orders or goods that have been altered unless they are deemed faulty by Creative Interiors Wolverhampton.
